Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by oranges.lt ("we", "us", "our"), including our website, software, game servers, and community platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Oranges.LT provides the following services, all of which are free and open source:

• Website: oranges.lt and all its subdomains
• Software: OrangBooster, OrangLauncher, and other applications distributed through our website and GitHub
• Game Servers: Minecraft server (mc.oranges.lt), SCP: Secret Laboratory server, and other game servers we may operate
• Community: Our Discord server and any other community platforms

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 10 years old to use our services. For UK/AU we don't care about internet acts and you could block us!

4. User Conduct

When using any of our services, you agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our servers, infrastructure, or other users' accounts
• Use our services for any illegal activity or to violate any applicable laws
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code through our platforms
• Engage in harassment, threats, bullying, or hate speech directed at any person
• Impersonate staff members or other users
• Spam or flood any communication channels
• Attempt to sell, trade, or commercially exploit access to our services

5. Minecraft Server Rules

Orange MC (mc.oranges.lt) is an anarchy server. The following additional terms apply:

5.1 Legal Disclaimer

Our Minecraft server is not associated with, endorsed by, or affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft Corporation.

5.2 Fair Play

Do not attempt to undermine the server's ability to provide every player an equal and fair playing environment. This includes abusing exploits or flawed game mechanics to cause server disruption, crashes, or excessive lag.

5.3 Chat Rules

• Do not flood the chat with repeated messages
• Do not post harmful links or distribute viruses/malware
• Do not engage in real-life harassment, threats, or bullying, either in-game or through external communities
• Remember that it's a block game

5.4 Enforcement

• Your chat privileges may be disabled
• Your ability to connect may be temporarily prevented while we patch exploits or bugs
• Permanent bans may be issued for severe or repeated violations

6. SCP:SL Server Rules

Our SCP: Secret Laboratory server follows its own set of rules which may be displayed in-game. General conduct rules from Section 4 still apply.

7. Discord Community

Our Discord server has its own set of rules separate from game server rules. By joining, you agree to follow both Discord's Terms of Service and our community-specific rules posted in the server.

8. Software License

All software developed by Oranges.LT is open source and distributed under their respective licenses (typically found in each project's repository). You may use, modify, and distribute our software in accordance with those licenses. Our software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

9. Intellectual Property

The Oranges.LT name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property. Open-source code is licensed under its respective license. User-generated content (builds, messages, etc.) remains the property of its creators, but by using our services you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and display it as part of normal service operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided free of charge on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding uptime, availability, data preservation, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any data loss, including in-game progress, builds, or items
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from use or inability to use our services
• We are not liable for actions of other users on our platforms
• Total liability shall not exceed zero euros, as all services are provided free of charge

11. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any of our services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice. Server maintenance, updates, and unforeseen events may cause temporary unavailability.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to any of our services at our discretion, particularly if you violate these Terms. You may stop using our services at any time.

13. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and applicable European Union regulations, without regard to conflict of law principles.
