At oranges.lt ("we", "us", "our"), we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. We are a non-profit, open-source organization based in Lithuania and we are committed to transparency.

2. Information We Collect

We collect minimal data necessary to operate our services:

• Game Server Data: When you connect to our Minecraft or SCP:SL servers, we process your in-game username, IP address (for connection purposes only), and gameplay data (inventory, position, chat messages). IP addresses are not stored permanently.
• Website Analytics: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics which is privacy-first and does not use cookies or track individual users. No personal data is collected through our website.
• Discord: If you join our Discord server, Discord's own privacy policy applies. We do not collect additional data from Discord beyond what is visible in the server.
• Software Downloads: Our software is distributed through GitHub. We do not track downloads or collect telemetry from any of our applications.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and maintain our game servers
• To enforce server rules and prevent abuse
• To improve our services and fix bugs
• To communicate important updates about our services

4. Data Storage and Security

Server data is stored on our self-hosted infrastructure located in Lithuania. We implement reasonable security measures including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), regular backups, and access controls. Game server data is periodically purged and not retained indefinitely.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

6. Cookies

Our website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Cloudflare may set essential security cookies to protect against malicious traffic. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your Rights

Under GDPR and applicable Lithuanian law, you have the right to:

• Access any personal data we hold about you

• Request deletion of your data

9. Data Retention

We do not retain personal data longer than necessary. Game server logs are rotated regularly. If you request account deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.

10. Goverments

If Goverments contact us for data, we will not have it because it gets deleted with time and we will refuse to give anything to them. For serious legal issues, potential criminal activity, or situations involving immediate danger to safety, it is strongly advised to contact the police or appropriate law enforcement authorities.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
